How it works
Four stages, end to end

PDFs, scans, Word files and spreadsheets are parsed, cleaned and split into passages that keep their headings and page numbers.

Index twice
Every passage is indexed by keywords, for exact terms like section numbers, and by meaning, with multilingual embeddings.
- 03
Retrieve and rerank
Both searches run together. A reranker then picks the handful of passages that actually answer the question.
- 04
Answer with citations
The model writes only from those passages and links each claim to its document and page.
