Working software early.Numbers before launch.

We get a thin version of the whole system running on your data within weeks, then spend the rest of the engagement making it accurate, safe and yours to run.

Five stages, in order

Timings are typical for a single process. Discovery always comes first, and nothing launches before it has been tested against your past cases.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Discovery & data audit

We sit with the people who do the work today, map every decision point, and check what data exists and how clean it is. You get a written scope that says what is feasible and what isn't.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2–3

    End-to-end prototype

A thin version of the whole system, running on your real data, early. It is the fastest way to find out where the hard part actually is.

  3. 03

    Weeks 3–10

    Build & integrate

We harden each stage, connect your CRM, inbox and internal tools, and add the review steps your team needs before anything goes out.

  4. 04

    Before launch

    Validate against history

We replay past cases through the system and compare its output with what your experts decided, so accuracy is a number rather than an impression.

  5. 05

    Ongoing

    Hand over & run

The system runs in your environment with documentation and runbooks. An optional retainer covers monitoring, improvements and new workflows.

Ways to work with us

1–2 weeks

Discovery sprint

A scoped look at one process: data audit, feasibility, a prototype plan and a fixed quote for the build.

  • Workshops with the people doing the work
  • Data and integration audit
  • Written scope and fixed quote

Typically 8–12 weeks

Implementation

A one-time build of a production system in your environment, with review workflows, integrations and acceptance testing.

  • Early end-to-end prototype
  • Integrations and review loop
  • Accuracy testing on past cases

Monthly

Run & improve

Monitoring, model and prompt updates, new workflows, and an engineer who already knows your system.

  • Monitoring and incident response
  • Prompt and model updates
  • New workflows each quarter

Your data stays insidethe line you draw.

The same system can run in three ways. Pick one and watch what moves inside your perimeter — and what, if anything, ever crosses it.

Nothing leaves the building

Open-weight models run on your own GPU. Retrieval, orchestration and the interface all run on premises, with no outbound connection at all.

What you canhold us to

Four commitments that shape every system we build, written into how we scope, test and hand over.

Your data stays where you decide

Cloud, your own VPS, or fully offline. We don't run a shared platform that holds client data.

AI prepares, people approve

Anything that leaves your organisation passes through a review step that your team controls.

Measured, not demoed

Before launch we test against your own past cases and report the numbers — including where the system falls short.

Built for Indian languages

English, Hindi and Marathi are first-class, from search and retrieval through to the replies people read.

Questions weget asked

  • Rarely. Most accuracy comes from good retrieval, structured reasoning steps and deterministic rules around the model. We consider fine-tuning only once those are exhausted, because it is slower to change and harder to audit.

Bring us thetwo-day process.

In one call we'll tell you whether AI can do it reliably, how we would test that, and what a first version would take. No slideware.
